Situation
This client had been in the store fixture business for over 70 years, selling their products through direct-selling territory jobbers. The decision was made to re-invent their sales strategy. They wanted to develop a call center to call on restaurants, hotels and churches. To achieve their goal they needed to grow quickly to avoid a lapse in revenue stream.

Action
They turned to Allegiance Staffing to help them find a total of 30 – 45 experienced individuals to get the call center up and running. Allegiance achieved this goal in under a week. We were able to bring the candidates to our office for 2 days of orientation and then select the most qualified candidates for the job.

Result
After nearly one year the program has proven immensely successful for the client, and they have turned into one of Allegiance Staffing’s largest clients.
