2015 Inaver Best of Staffing Diamond Award

We know our hiring methods work and it’s great when others take note of our efforts. This month Allegiance Staffing earned Inavero’s 2015 Best of Staffing® Client Diamond Award for the second time in a row after winning the Best of Staffing Client Award for 6 consecutive years.

Inavero’s Best of Staffing Client Diamond winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients. That fact that our clients rate us so highly for our customer service means more than other award could.

With satisfaction scores more than three times higher than the industry average, award winners make up less than 2% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada who earned the Best of Staffing Award for service excellence. We received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 68% of our clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 32%

At Allegiance, we stay abreast of the latest regulations in the staffing industry, conduct background checks on all temporary hires while working one-on-one with clients to create a staffing solution for their specific needs. To weed out unskilled or uncommitted workers, each candidate goes through our 3-Day Hiring Process. Everyone must come to one of the Allegiance offices three times to be tested, screened, interviewed and vetted. If those people don’t come back or show up late for their interview, it’s telling of their commitment to the job.
