Every year, ClearlyRated’s research team surveys hundreds of customers to build the statistical benchmarks used in the NPS, which is service quality and customer satisfaction metric. We then measure our company’s individual performance against the industry standards in staffing.

The survey includes three key components: promoters (or champions) of our staffing company, passive respondents, and detractors. Our NPS score was strengthened by the percentage of companies and individuals who were highly satisfied with our services and were willing to refer us to others.
