Allegiance Staffing was proud to be recognized as a Best of Staffing 2018 winner at this year’s ASA Staffing World conference presented by Inavero.
Our team of Danny Minor, Alan Rusgo, Andrea Lussier, Sagiv Barmor, Laura Diaz, Andre Sabbagh, Laretha Siggers, and Scott Martin gathered together in Washington, D.C. for this special recognition at Staffing World 2018.
Allegiance Staffing qualified for Best of Staffing in 2018 for having a Net Promoter Score that is above the industry average on a client and talent level. Our staffing agency is now striving for Best of Staffing 2019, which would reflect 10 consecutive years of this prestigious designation in our industry.
What Our Team Learned at Staffing World 2018
From an education perspective, it was important for our team to attend Staffing World 2018 to learn more about the latest technology that is being introduced to the industry.
We learned that emerging technology and Big Data is creating efficient solutions for candidates and recruiters, which will result in positive outcomes for our clients. This is important because incorporating a technology-driven approach to staffing will help companies stay fluid without compromising service levels.

- Unemployment challenges in the industry
- New options to use emerging technology
- Leadership challenges
We look forward to sharing new tools and information internally with our branch leaders while also growing our collective capabilities to continue providing industry-leading support externally to our clients and talent.
As we grow as an organization, we are re-shaping our approach to providing staffing solutions in a positive away. After attending Staffing World 2018, our team concluded that it’s a great time to be in the staffing industry!
